TODAY I GO TO THE OCEAN is an ongoing research project consisting of three investigations:
“…As Long As Your Feet Don't Touch The Bottom” scrutinizes Puritan law on shore and water access in the United States and uses its loopholes to deploy activating performances and access sculptures to promote discourse on the privatization of coastlines.
Convening Bodies in Bodies of Water invites people to sit in the ocean; framing the relational event with the environmental threats specific to the region in which the convening is held.
“Trust That All Water Everywhere Touches All Water Everywhere” is an unstructured pilgrimage to the Ocean and a meditation on connection in and around its waters.
